Location: Maidstone, Kent
Service Type: Residential Dementia Care Home – up to 30 residents
Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum (DOE)
Hours: Full-time, permanent position

About the Home 

This well-established residential care home in Maidstone provides high-quality, person-centred care for older adults living with dementia. The home offers a warm, friendly environment designed to help residents feel comfortable and supported, with a focus on maintaining dignity, independence, and wellbeing.
The service supports residents with:

• Mild to Moderate Dementia
• Permanent and Respite Care
• Stroke and Palliative/End-of-Life Care
• COPD and Complex Needs

About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Care Home Manager to oversee the daily operations of this small, homely 28-bedded residential care service. You’ll be responsible for leading the care team, maintaining CQC compliance, and ensuring residents receive the highest standard of care in a supportive, person-centred setting.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Registered or Deputy Manager in residential or dementia care
• NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care Management (or working towards)
• Strong leadership and staff development skills
• Excellent understanding of CQC standards and compliance
• A warm, empathetic approach with a genuine commitment to quality care
