Weāre now looking for an experienced Deputy Manager to support the day-to-day running of one of our homes and lead confidently in the Registered Managerās absence.

š¹ The Role As Deputy Manager, youāll play a key leadership role within the home, supporting both young people and staff to achieve positive outcomes.
You will:
- Support the Registered Manager with day-to-day home management
- Lead shifts, delegate tasks, and maintain high-quality records and care plans
- Support care planning, reviews, and regulatory compliance
- Supervise, mentor, and develop staff (inductions, supervisions, appraisals)
- Promote a safe, nurturing, and structured environment for young people
- Liaise with professionals and external agencies
- Participate in on-call duties as required
- Uphold Childrenās Homes Regulations and company policies at all times
- NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Children & Young Peopleās Workforce (or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 yearsā experience at senior level in a childrenās residential setting
- Full UK manual driving licence
- Confidence, resilience, and a genuine passion for improving young lives
