Registered Manager – New LD Children’s Home
Brightlingsea | Full-Time | £65-75k bonus structure

Brand-new 8–10 bed home supporting children with learning disabilities and complex needs. We’re seeking an experienced Registered Manager to open, lead, and grow the service.

Key Responsibilities

⭐ Run and oversee all operations of a new LD children’s home

🛡️ Lead safeguarding, compliance and Ofsted standards

👥 Recruit, manage and develop the staff team

🌱 Deliver high-quality, person-centred support

📊 Manage budgets, rotas and audits

🤝 Work professionally with external agencies and inspectors

Requirements

✔️ Experience managing a children’s residential home (LD/ASD ideal)

✔️ Strong Ofsted and compliance knowledge

✔️ Confident leader with staff management experience

✔️ Level 5 Residential Childcare (or working towards)

✔️ Driving licence
