Home Manager – Elderly & Dementia Care Home
Location: Stockton-on-Tees
Salary: £77,590 per annum
Hours: Full Time, 37.5 per week

A large elderly and dementia care service is seeking an experienced Home Manager to provide strong leadership, maintain high-quality care standards, and ensure full regulatory compliance. This is a senior management role requiring a stable work history and proven operational capability.

• Supports up to 80 residents

Role Overview

• Lead and develop the staffing team
• Maintain high standards of care, safety and compliance
• Manage budgets, occupancy and commercial performance
• Build effective relationships with families and external professionals
• Uphold organisational values and drive continuous improvement

Requirements

• Experienced Home Manager (essential)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven track record improving quality and performance
• Commercially aware with operational management experience
• NVQ Level 4 / Leadership & Management qualification (or willingness to obtain)
