RGN Registered Manager – Dementia Nursing Home

Location: Scarborough
Salary: £45,500 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

We are recruiting an experienced RGN Registered Manager to lead a small, well-established dementia nursing home in the Scarborough area, supporting a maximum of 35 service users.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and compassionate nurse leader who is experienced in dementia care and capable of maintaining high clinical and regulatory standards within a close-knit service.

Service Overview

• Dementia Nursing Care
• Small, manageable home
• Maximum of 34 service users

Key Responsibilities

• Overall day-to-day management of the nursing home
• Clinical leadership and governance
• Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations
• Staff management, supervision, and development
• Safeguarding, audits, and quality assurance
• Promoting person-centred dementia care

Candidate Requirements

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN
• Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager
• Strong knowledge of CQC requirements
• Proven leadership within a nursing home environment
• Passion for high-quality dementia care
