Staff Nurse

Staff Nurse (RGN / RMN)
Location: Sidmouth
Hours: 24 hours per week
Shifts: Days and Nights available
Pay Rate: £23.15 per hour

We are recruiting an experienced Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) to join a well-established care service in Sidmouth, providing high-quality residential, nursing, and dementia care for up to 55 service users.

This role is ideal for a nurse who is confident in elderly and dementia care, values person-centred practice, and is looking for a flexible part-time position within a supportive team environment.

Service Overview

• Maximum of 55 service users

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective, and person-centred nursing care
• Lead and support care staff during shifts
• Manage medication, care planning, and clinical documentation
• Ensure compliance with CQC standards and best practice
• Communicate effectively with families and external professionals

Candidate Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC PIN
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in UK nursing homes
• Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional approach to care
