We’re recruiting an experienced Operations Manager to oversee a large, well-established Supported Living service based in Birmingham. This is a senior leadership role within a growing organisation supporting adults with complex needs, learning disabilities, and mental health conditions.
The service operates across 10 sites, delivering 9,000 care hours per month, and requires a confident, hands-on leader with strong operational, recruitment, and compliance expertise.

The Role As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing day-to-day operations across multiple supported living sites
- Leading and supporting Registered Managers and senior teams
- Driving CQC compliance, quality assurance, and continuous improvement
- Managing and strengthening recruitment, retention, and workforce planning
- Ensuring safe, person-centred support for service users with complex needs
- Monitoring performance, staffing levels, and operational efficiency
- Supporting service growth and stabilisation across the portfolio
- Senior management experience within supported living, domiciliary care, or complex care
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance frameworks
- Proven experience overseeing multi-site services
- A background in managing LD, mental health, and complex needs services
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Confidence working closely with recruitment, compliance, and operational teams
- Salary up to £65,000
