We are recruiting for an experienced Registered Domiciliary Manager to lead a well-established homecare service in New Ollerton, supporting service users aged 18 with mental health and learning disabilities. The Role As Registered Domiciliary Manager, you will be responsible for:
- The day-to-day management of the domiciliary care service
- Overseeing approximately 600 care hours per week
- Ensuring safe, high-quality, person-centred care for adults with MH & LD needs
- Maintaining full compliance with CQC regulations and best practice
- Leading, supporting, and developing the care and office teams
- Managing care planning, safeguarding, audits, and quality assurance
- Supporting service growth and continuous improvement
- Has proven experience in domiciliary or community-based care management
- Has strong knowledge of mental health and learning disability services
- Is confident managing CQC compliance and inspections
- Is a strong leader with excellent organisational skills
- Holds (or is working towards) a Level 5 in Health & Social Care
- Salary starting at circa £40,000
