An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager (Non-RGN) to lead a 46-bedded residential care home in Shipley. The service is well supported, with an established Support Manager and two Deputy Managers already in post, allowing the Registered Manager to focus on leadership, compliance, and service quality.

- Relevant experience as a Registered Manager or senior leader in residential care
- NVQ Level 5 (or equivalent) in Health & Social Care
- Strong knowledge of CQC standards and compliance
- Confident managing teams, audits, safeguarding, and overall service delivery
- Able to work autonomously with support from senior leadership
- Salary £45,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday working pattern
