Registered Manager – Domiciliary & Supported Living

Location: Morecambe
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum (DOE) on-call payments
Hours: Full Time – 37.5 hours per week
Contract: Permanent

An established care provider is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a well-structured domiciliary and supported living service based in Morecambe.

You will oversee compliance, quality, and day-to-day operations, supported by an on-site team including care coordinators, a scheme manager, care supervisor, HR, recruitment, and training functions.

Key Requirements:

• Previous Registered Manager or senior management experience in care
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations
• Confident people manager with strong leadership skills
