Registered Manager – Supported Living (LD / MH / Autism)
Salary: From £45,000
On-call: 1 in 3
Location: Worthing
We are recruiting an experienced Registered Manager to oversee three CQC-registered supported living services supporting adults with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health needs and Autism.
The services currently support 16 individuals, with capacity to grow to 20, and benefit from a strong support structure including Quality & Compliance, Medication and PBS Managers.
Key Responsibilities
Worthing, Bognor Regis, Chichester, Arundel, Lancing, Shoreham-by-Sea, Horsham and surrounding areas.

- Overall management and governance across all services
- CQC compliance, audits and quality assurance
- Staff leadership, training and supervision
- Oversight of digital systems (Access)
- Weekly management meetings and service development
- Experience as a Registered Manager within Supported Living
- Strong governance and compliance background
- Experience supporting LD, MH and Autism
- Salary starting from £45,000
- 1 in 3 on-call rota
