The Role:
- Lead, supervise, and support staff delivering person-centred care
- Recruit, induct, and develop care staff
- Oversee rotas, care delivery, and staff performance
- Ensure CQC compliance, quality assurance, and Health & Safety standards
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and professionals
- Support the growth and development of the branch
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager or strong Deputy ready to step up
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and domiciliary care standards
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Willingness to work every other weekend and provide management back-up
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
- Salary up to £40,000
- Laptop provided
- Mileage paid at 27p per mile
