- Support young adults promoting independence and wellbeing
- Provide strong leadership across teams to ensure safe, compliant, and effective services
- Ensure high standards of care, safeguarding, and Ofsted compliance
- Work closely with senior leadership to drive service quality and continuous improvement
- Experience in supported living, with Ofsted Regulations
- Strong people management and multi-site leadership skills
- Confident in managing compliance, care planning, and operational delivery
- Passionate, organised, and proactive leader
- Ready to take on a new challenge starting in January
