We’re recruiting a Care Manager to support and grow a well-established private domiciliary care service in Didcot, currently delivering around 200 private care hours.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to step into management with a clear pathway to Registered Manager status as the service continues to grow.
The Role

• Oversee day-to-day care delivery and rota management
• Support, supervise and develop care staff
• Assist with care planning, assessments and quality monitoring
• Ensure high standards of person-centred care and compliance
• Support business growth alongside senior leadership

What We’re Looking For

• Experience within domiciliary care (senior, coordinator or manager level)
• Ambition to progress into a Registered Manager role
• Strong organisational and people-management skills
• Full UK driving licence essential
