Residential Childcare Support Worker 📍 Location: Keighley
💰 Salary: £32,000 – £34,000
🕒 Hours: Full Time – 37 per week
🛏️ Sleep-ins: 1–2 per week
🌟 The Role We are seeking a compassionate and resilient Residential Childcare Support Worker to join our team in Keighley. This is a rewarding opportunity to support children and young people in their daily lives, helping them feel safe, supported, and empowered to achieve their goals.
Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people
• Take part in 1–2 sleep-in shifts per week
• Build positive relationships, promoting trust and stability
• Support with day-to-day tasks, activities, and personal development
• Maintain records and follow care plans

Requirements:

• Previous experience in childcare, youth work, or residential settings (desirable but not essential)
• Passion for making a difference in young people’s lives
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including sleep-ins
