Senior Clinical Embryologist – Central London Area – Up to £65,000 – Full time – Incredible Fertility Clinic

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Embryologist to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in all aspects of embryology, with particular expertise in embryo biopsy techniques for PGT (Preimplantation Genetic Testing).

Key Responsibilities:

• Full range of clinical procedures, including ICSI, Vitrification and PGT
• Communicating with patients about treatment options and results
• Quality Management, assisting with audit, document control & quality control/assurance
• Monitoring/maintaining consumables and equipment.
• Assisting with the donor recruitment process, imports/exports and management of stored gametes/embryos
• Monitoring KPI’s
• Training and induction of new and junior staff
• Regulatory Compliance

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of a degree in Life Sciences, preferably an MSc or PhD
• HCPC Registered (or immediately eligible)
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, some preferably at a senior level
• Fully trained in all clinical laboratory procedures, preferably including biopsy
• Advanced knowledge of the UK Regulatory Framework
• Must be self-motivated, eager to learn and resilient.
• High level of attention to detailed and focused
• Excellent communication skills
