Registered Children’s Home Manager – Solo Homes 📍 Location: Grantham Area
💰 Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 + Performance Bonus
🏠 Services: Three Ofsted-Regulated Solo Placement Homes
🌟 About the Role We’re seeking a passionate and experienced leader to oversee three solo-placement therapeutic children’s homes, each supported by a dedicated Deputy Manager and care team. You’ll provide strategic leadership, ensure regulatory excellence, and nurture a trauma-informed, child-centred culture across all services.
