Location: Andover
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 (DOE)

We’re looking for an experienced Registered Manager to take the lead at a small but growing supported living and domiciliary care service in Andover. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established, CQC “Good” service with huge potential for development and progression.

The Service

• Supported Living accommodation for 7 young adults with mental health needs
• Currently supporting 2 individuals, with plans to welcome 5 more
• A branch of an established domiciliary care service, helping people live independently in the community.

The Role You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the supported living service — leading the team, maintaining compliance, and ensuring the highest standard of person-centred care.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll have real autonomy to grow the service and make an impact.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years’ experience in a supported living management role (essential)
• NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
• Strong knowledge of CQC standards and compliance
• Background supporting young adults with mental health needs
• Confident, proactive, and passionate about service growth
