🌟 The Role We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic Registered Care Home Manager (Nurse Qualified) to lead a 66-bed nursing and residential home that’s expanding its clinical services. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established, family-run care group with over 40 homes nationwide — and to make a real impact in a service that’s set for growth.

👩‍⚕️ About You:

• Nurse qualified (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration
• Level 5 Leadership & Management (or working towards)
• Proven experience managing large care homes (60+ beds)
• Strong track record of maintaining CQC compliance with recent “Good” ratings
• Inspirational leader with a passion for delivering person-centred care
• Excellent communication, organisational, and mentoring skills
