Senior Residential Childcare Support Worker 📍 Location: Keighley
💰 Salary: £34,000 – £36,000
🕒 Hours: Full Time – 37 per week
🛏️ Sleep-ins: 1–2 per week
🌟 The Role We are looking for a dedicated Senior Residential Childcare Support Worker to join a supportive team in Keighley. You will play a key role in providing stability, guidance, and care for young people, ensuring they feel safe, supported, and empowered to thrive.
Responsibilities:

• Support children and young people in all aspects of daily life
• Lead and mentor care staff during shifts
• Participate in 1–2 sleep-in shifts per week
• Maintain accurate records and care plans
• Encourage independence, wellbeing, and positive outcomes

Requirements:

• Experience in residential childcare (senior/lead experience desirable)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Resilience and compassion in challenging situations
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including sleep-ins
