🌟 The Opportunity We are seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Supported Living Manager to lead services across Hertfordshire, supporting adults with complex needs, learning disabilities, and autism.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage supported living services
• Ensure high standards of care and compliance with CQC requirements
• Support, develop and inspire your staff team
• Deliver person-centred care and positive outcomes for service users
• Work closely with families, commissioners, and professionals

What We’re Looking For:

• NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (essential)
• Previous management experience in supported living or similar settings
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs
• Full UK Driving Licence
