🌟 Veterinary Nurse Opportunity – Bicester - Independent Practice! 🌟

Are you an RVN looking for a role where no two weeks are the same, where your skills are valued, and where you’re supported to grow? We’re an independent practice with a fantastic team, modern facilities (including our own CT scanner), and certificate holders in-house – meaning we can do a huge amount on-site and keep learning together.

We’re now looking for one RVN to join our small animal team.

🐾 What’s on offer:

• Salary: £27.5 – £33k (depending on experience)
• Hours: Monday–Friday with a 9-week rolling rota:
  
  • 1 week of nights (13-hour shifts) → followed by 8 days off 🎉
  • Every 5 weeks: a weekend (2x 12-hour shifts) → with 4.5 days off split before/after
  • The rest of the time: Monday–Friday (4x 10-hour days or 5x 8-hour days)
• Care category: Small animals
• Benefits: Pension, paid holiday, CPD allowance (£900), professional fees paid

🐶 Your role:

As one of our RVNs, you’ll be an all-rounder – from anaesthesia and inpatient care to nurse consults and supporting OOH. We’re looking for someone reliable, hands-on, and keen to be part of a supportive, friendly team.

• An RVN who is confident or newly qualified and ready to learn – we’re open to both!
• Someone happy to work OOH as part of the rota
• A team player who enjoys variety and using their nursing skills to the fullest
