🐑 The Role

We're looking for a farm-focused vet to join our team and spearhead our new farm services in Hertfordshire. Due to a recent closure of a local farm vet practice, we’ve been inundated with requests – and we need someone ready to hit the road and get stuck in.
You’ll be working solo on the road, so confidence and at least 1–2 years of farm animal experience are essential. You’ll have the autonomy to shape your schedule and build relationships with clients – with full support from our wider team.

🔧 Responsibilities Include:

• Providing high-quality care to cattle, sheep, goats, and occasional camelids.
• Routine herd/flock health work, TB testing, fertility checks & emergency care.
• Building and maintaining client relationships across the region.
• Helping shape and grow the farm services arm of the business.
• Keeping accurate clinical records and ensuring compliance.

📅 What’s on Offer:

• £50,000 – £70,000 salary (depending on experience)
• 4–5 days a week (40 hours) – no weekends, no OOH
• Flexible hours (core: 9am–6pm – negotiable)

🙋 Who We’re Looking For:

• A confident vet with 1–2+ years’ experience working with farm animals
• Someone comfortable working sole charge on the road
• A self-starter with a genuine interest in farm animal health & welfare
• Full UK driving licence required
