Contract: Full-time, permanent
Hours: Office hours, plus on-call as required

  • Operational Management: Ensure day-to-day efficiency, regulatory adherence, and smooth running of the home.
  • Safeguarding & Wellbeing: Create and maintain a safe, supportive, and trauma-informed environment.
  • Leadership & HR: Guide your team with empathy and professionalism
  • Financial Oversight: Oversee budgets, expenses, and compliance.
  • Planning & Reporting: Contribute to strategic planning and maintain compliance with Ofsted and other regulatory bodies.
šŸ”‘ Key Requirements
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Children & Young People)
  • Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a children’s home setting
  • Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding practices
  • Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
