🌟 Children’s Home Manager – North Somerset 🌟 Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Hours: Office hours, plus on-call as required

🏡 About the Role We are looking for a passionate and experienced Registered Children’s Home Manager to lead our home in North Somerset. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance, while providing inspirational leadership to your team.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Operational Management: Ensure day-to-day efficiency, regulatory adherence, and smooth running of the home.
• Safeguarding & Wellbeing: Create and maintain a safe, supportive, and trauma-informed environment.
• Leadership & HR: Guide your team with empathy and professionalism
• Financial Oversight: Oversee budgets, expenses, and compliance.
• Planning & Reporting: Contribute to strategic planning and maintain compliance with Ofsted and other regulatory bodies.

🔑 Key Requirements

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Children & Young People)
• Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a children’s home setting
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding practices
• Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

• Participation in on-call rota as required
