Registered Nursing Home Manager

Registered Nursing Home Manager Location: Mansfield
Salary: Up to £55,000 per year
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm (some shared on-call duties with Deputy Manager)
🌟 About the Role We are seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Nursing Home Manager to lead a well-established home with a strong team already in place.
This home provides exceptional care for 30–40 residents, and has proudly achieved an OUTSTANDING rating in Care from the CQC. Your role will focus on maintaining these exceptional standards while driving compliance, leadership, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily running of the home, ensuring the highest quality of care and compliance
• Lead, mentor, and develop your team to deliver exceptional care standards
• Work collaboratively with the Deputy Manager to share on-call duties
• Maintain CQC compliance, safeguarding practices, and robust care planning
• Engage with residents, families, and external stakeholders to maintain trust and satisfaction
• Manage budgets, staffing levels, and resources efficiently

Essential Requirements:

• NMC registration (Registered Nurse qualification)
• Previous experience as a Registered Home Manager or Deputy Manager ready to step up
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and care compliance
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Ability to inspire and lead a team to maintain Outstanding levels of care
