Registered Home Manager – Between 40 - 50 Bed Care Home
Location: Lincolnshire Area
Salary: £48,000 – £58,000 DOE + 15% Quarterly Bonus
Hours: Full-time
We are seeking a passionate, driven, and experienced Registered Home Manager to take the lead in running a welcoming care home, dedicated to providing exceptional nursing, dementia, and personal care. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the home
  • Ensure compliance with CQC standards and regulations
  • Motivate, train, and develop the care team to deliver exceptional care
  • Manage budgets, resources, and staff effectively
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement to achieve Outstanding ratings
🔹 Essential Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 months’ experience as a Registered Home Manager
  • NVQ Level 3 in Care (or registered nurse), with willingness to progress to Level 5/7
  • Full driving licence and the ability to commute within 30 minutes of the home
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
