About the Role We are seeking a skilled and motivated Registered Manager to lead an established 10+ year domiciliary care service in the Bolton area. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a well-regarded service and continue its growth while maintaining high standards of care.
You’ll be responsible for the smooth running of day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance, building strong relationships with commissioners, and leading a committed team to deliver person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the domiciliary care service
- Maintain and exceed CQC standards
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance
- Build and nurture relationships with Local Authorities and key stakeholders
- Drive service growth and ensure high-quality, safe care delivery
- Manage budgets, rotas, and reporting
- Experienced Registered Manager or Deputy Manager ready to step up
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
- Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills
- Experience working with Local Authorities and commissioners
- Passion for delivering exceptional care and growing a service
- Competitive salary: £35,000 – £45,000 DOE
- Performance-Related Bonus for achieving agreed growth and quality targets
- Supportive senior management team and scope to further develop the service
