🌟 The Role We are seeking a driven and experienced Care Home Manager to take on an exciting turnaround position at a 60-bed elderly care service in Maidstone. This role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve the highest standards of care.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage and inspire a full care team to deliver person-centred care
• Drive improvement across all areas of compliance, care quality, and occupancy
• Ensure CQC standards are consistently met and exceeded
• Manage budgets, staffing, and resources effectively
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders

What We’re Looking For:

• Experienced Registered Care Home Manager with a proven track record in turnaround settings
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance requirements
