Registered Domiciliary Care Manager – Croydon Office Salary: £40,000 – £43,000 per annum

About the Role We are seeking an experienced and passionate CQC Registered Domiciliary Care Manager to lead our Croydon branch, overseeing high-quality care delivery to private elderly clients across Sutton and Surrey. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a growing branch and ensure the delivery of person-centred, safe, and compliant home care services.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and inspire a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care services.
• Maintain compliance with CQC regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct regular audits, reviews, and quality assurance checks.
• Build strong relationships with clients, families, and the local community.
• Develop care plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Manage rotas, recruitment, training, and staff supervisions.
• Oversee branch budgets, KPIs, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Drive continuous improvement and growth of the service.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Registered Domiciliary Care Manager (CQC Registered).
• Strong knowledge of CQC Key Lines of Enquiry (KLOEs) and home care compliance.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• A passion for delivering high-quality elderly care.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle – essential.
• Experience working with private paying clients is highly desirable.
