Salary: £40,000 – £43,000 per annum
Working Pattern: Monday – Friday, with 1 day WFH (rising to 2 days ad hoc)
Client Group: Private clients only – Elderly
Care Hours: Currently 180 per week – with strong potential to grow
Driving Licence: Essential

We are seeking a Registered Domiciliary Manager – or an experienced Deputy Manager ready to step up – to oversee and grow a private-only elderly care service operating across Sutton and Surrey.
This is an exciting opportunity to take full ownership of a well-established service, providing high-quality, person-centred care exclusively to private clients.
About the Role:
You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring compliance with CQC standards, supporting your team, and delivering outstanding care. With current care hours at 180 per week, you will have the scope to grow and develop the business, shaping it into a leading provider in the area.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Register with CQC as the Registered Manager for the service
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and compliance with all regulations
  • Manage, mentor, and develop your team to maintain excellent care delivery
  • Build strong relationships with clients and their families
  • Drive service growth and expand the client base across Sutton and Surrey
  • Ensure accurate care planning, auditing, and reporting processes are in place
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager ready to step up
  • Strong background in domiciliary care and elderly services
  • Excellent understanding of CQC compliance and safeguarding
  • Proven leadership and service growth skills
  • Driving licence required due to travel across service areas
