Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage day-to-day operations for the domiciliary care service
- Work closely with Local Authorities
- Recruit, train, and mentor care staff to build a high-performing team
- Drive service growth to meet agreed targets (with salary uplift potential)
- Maintain CQC compliance and deliver outstanding quality care
- Oversee rotas, budgets, and service delivery
- Take part in the on-call rota (starting with Tier 1 cover, moving to Tier 2 as the team grows — meaning reduced direct involvement over time)
- Proven experience in a Registered Manager role (or Deputy ready to step up)
- Strong background working with Local Authorities and commissioners
- Excellent leadership and service development skills
- Solid understanding of CQC compliance and quality standards
- A proactive, ambitious individual who thrives on achieving results
- £38,000 – £48,000 per annum (DOE)
- Performance-Linked Salary Growth: Salary uplift based on meeting quarterly growth targets
- On-call Payment: £250 per week (1 in 5 weeks, Tier 1 initially, moving to Tier 2 as team grows — meaning lighter on-call responsibility)
- Opportunity to lead a new, expanding service with full support from senior leadership
