About the Role We are recruiting Senior Care Practitioners to join our team in a welcoming and supportive home. This is a key leadership role where you will guide care staff, provide direct support, and ensure residents receive safe, person-centred care.
You will be responsible for supervising care delivery, maintaining accurate records, and supporting residents to live as independently as possible. No two days are the same, and the role offers the opportunity to make a real difference.

Responsibilities
- Mentor and coach care staff to deliver high standards of practice
- Deliver and supervise personal care with dignity and respect
- Review and update care plans in line with resident needs
- Administer and record medication accurately
- Support residents with daily routines, meals and lifestyle activities
- Lead by example and maintain a safe, caring environment
- Experience working in a care home or similar environment
- Supervisory or team leadership experience
- Health & Social Care Level 3 (or willingness to work towards it)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Compassionate, reliable and committed to high-quality care
