We are seeking an ambitious and driven Registered Manager to lead and grow a supported living service for young adults with learning disabilities, ADHD, and autism in the Reading area. Key Responsibilities:
- Register with CQC as the Registered Manager for the service
- Lead the launch, management, and growth of the supported living service
- Oversee compliance with CQC standards and safeguarding requirements
- Recruit, train, and develop a dedicated care team
- Manage day-to-day operations, including budgets and resources
- Build strong relationships with young adults, families, and stakeholders
- Support business growth and expansion plans for additional services
- Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager ready to step up
- Strong leadership and growth-focused mindset
- Knowledge of learning disability, autism, and ADHD care (preferred, but open to candidates from elderly care backgrounds with service growth experience)
- Excellent understanding of CQC compliance and best practice
- Strong communication, recruitment, and team development skills
- Starting salary up to £37,000 with clear progression to £40,000–£45,000 as the service grows
