Registered Domiciliary Manager 📍 Location: Canterbury
💰 Salary: £40,000 – £50,000
🕒 Hours: 40 per week
🌟 The Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Domiciliary Manager to lead a thriving domiciliary care service currently delivering 5,000 care hours per week. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a large, established branch supporting a mix of elderly clients with dementia as well as young adults.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring compliance with CQC standards
• Lead, mentor, and support a growing team of care staff
• Manage client relationships and ensure high-quality, person-centred care
• Drive service growth while maintaining quality
• Ensure effective rota management, recruitment, and staff development

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary care (open to strong deputies stepping up)
• Knowledge of dementia care and experience with elderly & younger adults
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Full UK driving licence – essential
