We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to join a highly regarded and well-established care provider in the Andover area. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead supported living and domiciliary services within a business that is growing and has an excellent management structure in place.
About the Role
As the Registered Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the operational and care delivery of supported living and domiciliary services. You will be expected to provide strong leadership, ensure compliance with CQC standards, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining a person-centred approach to care.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage supported living and domiciliary care services.
 - Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and internal quality standards.
 - Support and develop a strong care team, promoting best practice in all aspects of care delivery.
 - Manage budgets, staffing, and resources effectively.
 - Build positive relationships with service users, families, and external stakeholders.
 - Drive service development and contribute to the expansion of the organisation.
 
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary or supported living services.
 - Strong knowledge of CQC requirements and care regulations.
 - Excellent leadership and communication skills.
 - Proven ability to manage teams and deliver high-quality care.
