Supported Living Manager

Location: Liverpool
Salary: £33,000
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
Start Date: Immediate start available
🌟 Lead a Team, Make a Difference We’re seeking a Supported Living Manager to oversee a 6-bed service supporting adults aged 18–65 with Mental Health needs and Learning Disabilities.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager ready to step up or a current Manager looking for a new challenge.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading and motivating a dedicated support team
• Ensuring the highest standards of care and support
• Managing day-to-day operations of the service
• Building positive relationships with residents, families, and external professionals
• Driving compliance and maintaining quality standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in Supported Living, Mental Health, or Learning Disabilities services
• Deputy Manager or Team Leader ready to progress into management
• Driving licence preferred but not essential
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
