Work Pattern: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm or 8:00am – 4:00pm (flexible)
On-Call Requirement: 1 in 8 weeks
Driving Licence: Required

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Service Manager to lead and support a growing care service in the Stevenage area. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and ready to take on a leadership position within a supportive organisation.
About the Role:
As a Service Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing and supporting your team, and ensuring compliance with CQC standards. This position also involves participating in an on-call rota (1 week in 8) to meet the needs of the business.

- Previous leadership experience in health and social care
- Good knowledge of CQC regulations and care compliance
- Strong organisational and team management skills
- Full UK driving licence – essential
