We are working with a highly regarded private dermatology clinic in Oxford, seeking an experienced Lead Nurse to take on a key leadership role within their clinical team. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a senior position in a modern, patient-focused environment.
About the Role
As Lead Nurse, you will oversee day-to-day clinical operations, supporting consultants and ensuring patients receive the highest standards of care. You’ll be responsible for mentoring junior nursing staff, coordinating treatments, and maintaining excellent clinical governance.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and support across the dermatology service.
- Assist consultants during specialist procedures.
- Supervise and mentor nursing and HCA staff.
- Ensure compliance with CQC and clinic standards.
- Contribute to service development and quality improvement.
- NMC registered nurse (RGN).
- Strong background in dermatology or outpatient nursing.
- Previous experience in a senior or supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Committed to delivering safe, patient-centred care.
- Competitive salary from £40,000–£42,000.
