Position: Experienced RVN
📍 Location: Guernsey
🕒 Hours: 40 hours/week | 6–9 hour shifts Mon–Fri | 1:2 Saturdays | 1:7 Sundays (1-hour shift) | On-call 1 day/week

💰 Salary: £33,000 – £50,000 (DOE)

Are you a passionate, dependable, and experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse looking to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for an all-rounder with at least 2–3 years’ experience to join our friendly and familiar team on the stunning island of Guernsey.

We are proudly independent, and our welcoming practice has become a cornerstone of the local community. You’ll be joining a close-knit, supportive team who genuinely enjoy working together and delivering exceptional care to pets and their owners.

🔧 Your Role & Responsibilities: As an RVN with us, you’ll play a key role in:

• Surgical & medical nursing – prepping, monitoring, and recovering patients
• In-patient care – providing dedicated care and support throughout their stay
• Consultations & client communication – offering advice and guidance to pet owners
• Laboratory work & diagnostics – performing tests and interpreting results
• Assisting vets in clinic & theatre – ensuring everything runs smoothly
• Stock control & equipment maintenance
• Supporting junior team members and contributing to a culture of learning and growth
