Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care
Location: Dudley & Surrounding Areas
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 per annum
Hours: 9:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday (with flexibility as required)
Client Base: Primarily Local Authority
About the Role We are looking for an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead a well-established domiciliary care service in Dudley. This is a fantastic opportunity to oversee a service that works closely with Local Authorities, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with CQC standards.
You will be responsible for managing the service day-to-day, leading a dedicated team, and driving continuous improvements in both quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily management of the service, ensuring compliance with all regulations
- Lead, support and develop staff to deliver safe, person-centred care
- Maintain excellent relationships with Local Authorities and commissioners
- Ensure efficient rota management, budgeting, and performance monitoring
- Drive growth opportunities while maintaining high standards of service
- Registered Manager (or Deputy ready to step up) with strong leadership experience
- In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
- Proven track record in working with Local Authority contracts
- Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
- Passionate about delivering safe, compassionate, and person-centred care
