Care Coordinator 📍 Location: Swindon
💰 Salary: £26,000–£28,000
🕒 Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm + on-call duties

🌟 The Role We’re looking for an organised and proactive Care Coordinator to join a growing domiciliary care service in Swindon. This role involves both office-based responsibilities and field work, including conducting spot checks and staff supervisions, to ensure high-quality care delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage client care schedules
• Conduct staff supervisions, appraisals, and spot checks
• Support with recruitment, training, and staff development
• Maintain compliance with CQC standards and company policies
• Provide on-call support on a rota basis

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a Care Coordinator role (or strong senior care background)
• Good understanding of scheduling, compliance, and domiciliary care processes
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Full UK driving licence (preferred for field duties)
• Ability to work flexibly, including participating in on-call rota
