Regional Manager – Elderly Care Location: East Midlands (Regional role – travel required)
Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 + Electric Car + 15% Quarterly Bonus

🏡 About the Role As Regional Manager, you will oversee up to six elderly nursing or residential care homes, ensuring that services are safe, compliant, and delivering the highest standards of care.
You will lead and support Home Managers, driving operational performance, improving quality, and ensuring teams are motivated and fully engaged.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop Home Managers across multiple sites
  • Ensure all homes are CQC compliant and meet quality standards
  • Drive occupancy and recruitment within the region
  • Oversee P&L performance and manage budgets effectively
  • Build strong, high-performing teams with a positive workplace culture
  • Act as a key link between the leadership team and local services
Essential Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Regional Manager overseeing at least 4 elderly care homes
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) with commitment to complete Level 5 or 7
    • OR Qualified Nurse with an active PIN
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively (80+ miles per day)
  • Must live within 60 minutes of the central support hub (NG34 7EQ)
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word
Preferred Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience managing 6 or more care homes regionally
  • Completed NVQ Level 5 or 7
  • Registered Nurse with current PIN
