Registered Domiciliary Care Manager
Hemel Hempstead – Full Time – Up to £42,000 per annum

A respected home care provider in Hemel Hempstead is seeking an experienced Registered Domiciliary Manager to take responsibility for their growing branch. The service is currently delivering around 1,000 care hours per week and is well positioned for further development with the right leadership.

The Role
As Registered Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the domiciliary service, ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality care. You will lead the office and care teams, manage compliance with CQC standards, and work closely with senior leadership to drive both service quality and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a domiciliary care branch delivering ~1,000 hours per week.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and internal quality frameworks.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain care staff while fostering a positive culture.
  • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and engagement.
  • Drive service expansion and performance improvement.
  • Build strong working relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders.
Candidate Profile
  • Previous experience as a Registered Domiciliary Manager, or Deputy ready to step up.
  • Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and team-management skills.
  • Commercial awareness and ability to support service growth.
  • Genuine passion for delivering person-centred care.
