We are seeking an experienced Registered Domiciliary Manager to lead a growing home care service in Swindon. The branch is currently delivering around 1,000 hours of care per week, with strong potential for further growth under the right leadership.
About the Role
As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the domiciliary service, ensuring safe, high-quality care for clients in their own homes. You will work closely with the senior team to drive service development, compliance, and staff performance, while maintaining a strong focus on person-centred care.

- Manage and develop a domiciliary care service currently delivering 1,000 hours per week.
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and company policies.
- Lead, mentor, and support care coordinators and field staff.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and staff retention strategies.
- Maintain excellent standards of care and strong client relationships.
- Drive growth and quality improvements across the service.
- Proven experience as a Registered Domiciliary Manager (or Deputy ready to step up).
- Strong understanding of CQC requirements and home care regulations.
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Ability to deliver growth while maintaining service quality.
- Passion for delivering person-centred care.
