We are looking for a passionate and experienced Childrenās Home Manager to lead a 3-bed EBD home in Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established company with a strong reputation for providing excellent support and care to young people.

š· Salary
- £50,000 per year
- Full-time, 38.5 hours per week
- Lead and inspire your team to deliver outstanding care for young people.
- Ensure the home meets and exceeds Ofsted standards.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and structured environment that promotes positive outcomes.
- Oversee day-to-day operations including staff management, compliance, and safeguarding.
- Take part in the on-call rota when required.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Children and Young Peopleās Workforce.
- At least 2 yearsā experience in residential childcare within the last 5 years.
- Minimum 1 yearās experience as a Deputy Manager or Registered Manager.
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and expectations.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Flexibility to work additional hours where needed.
