We are looking for a passionate and experienced Children’s Home Manager to lead a 3-bed EBD home in Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established company with a strong reputation for providing excellent support and care to young people.
💷 Salary

• £50,000 per year
• Full-time, 38.5 hours per week

🏠 About the Role As the Registered Manager, you will:

• Lead and inspire your team to deliver outstanding care for young people.
• Ensure the home meets and exceeds Ofsted standards.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and structured environment that promotes positive outcomes.
• Oversee day-to-day operations including staff management, compliance, and safeguarding.
• Take part in the on-call rota when required.

🎓 Requirements To be successful, you must have:

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Children and Young People’s Workforce.
• At least 2 years’ experience in residential childcare within the last 5 years.
• Minimum 1 year’s experience as a Deputy Manager or Registered Manager.
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and expectations.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Flexibility to work additional hours where needed.
