Service Manager 📍 Location: Hertfordshire Area
💰 Salary: £35,000 – £40,000
🕒 Hours: Monday–Friday, 9–5 + on-call
🌟 The Role We are looking for a passionate Service Manager to oversee services supporting individuals with complex needs, learning disabilities, and autism. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive provider and make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage supported living services with a focus on person-centred care
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and high-quality care delivery
• Line manage, mentor, and develop staff teams
• Oversee safeguarding, care planning, and audits
• Participate in on-call duties to support the smooth running of the service

Requirements:

• Previous experience managing or supervising services in Learning Disabilities/Autism
• Strong knowledge of CQC and compliance standards
• A full driving licence
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
